Daniel has over 15 years of experience in consultancy in the global mobility sector, with key actions in legal and tax areas for individual persons and expatriate management.
Fernanda Sardenberg Quadros
Co-owner of Atlantic Tax & Advisory since 2012, with a bachelor’s degree in Law, an MBA in HR Management, and currently attending Psychology classes. Fernanda has over 15 years of experience in tax consultancy for individual taxpayers and expatriate management, having previously worked at PWC and EY as a consultant and at Souza Cruz as an HR specialist.

CASE SBM OFFSHORE
DEMAND
SBM sought Atlantic to calculate monthly income revenue taxes. Their demands were urgent due to the imminent fiscal deadline.
SERVICES PROVIDED AS A SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM
Not only did Atlantic make the necessary calculations, but it also supported the company in organizing this process, anticipating the expected deadlines.
RESULTS
What was initially a one-off and urgent request led to a partnership that has continued for over five years. Atlantic is currently responsible for making the monthly tax payment calculations and income revenue statements for SBM’s expatriate employees.
QUEIROZ GALVÃO CONSTRUÇÃO CASE
DEMAND
The company was already working on several projects overseas involving Brazilian expatriates. However, they noticed that these employees had limited knowledge about the tax procedures for expatriates. Knowing that this would be a key factor for the success of international projects, Queiroz Galvão sought Atlantic to design a corporate education solution.
SOLUTION
Planning and holding an in-person roadshow across South America, Central America, and
Africa, where these Brazilian expatriates were allocated. The events consisted of lectures
introducing practical guidelines about expatriation’s fiscal implications.
RESULTS
The company managed to better assist its employees in adapting to foreign countries. They felt safe about their fiscal obligations as expatriates. In fact, results were so positive that even almost ten years after the project, Atlantic continues to serve customers who preferred
maintaining fiscal services with the company, such was the extent of the trust built between
Atlantic and Queiroz Galvão, thanks to the safety and proximity with which these services are
offered.
